I would not recommend NMG Family & WAV Centre because when the vehicle I purchased was checked by my local garage a major oil leak from the timing chain cover was found resulting in a bill of over £600
Dear Mr Green. How unfair of you to post a negative review when you are actually a motor trader. The vehicle was purchased as 'trade' and was reduced for you, as well you know. You collected it on TRADE PLATES, so it's a shame you have decided to try and spoil our reputation with a negative post which is out of keeping with the spirit of the feedback, as this applies only to retail purchasers, not to or for car traders.. Still, we have learned the lesson, it is to not sell you any further trade cars.
I'd recommend NMG Family & WAV Centre to anyone because they were very helpful and patient in dealing with me .My husband would normally deal with the buying of a new car but unfortunately he is terminally ill.This was the first time for me and they made me feel quite at ease and took the time to explain things.
The experience at NMG Family & WAV Centre was good because I found the salesmen very pleasant , helpful and knowledgeable. Not at all 'pushy', which would have put me off buying from the company.
I'd recommend NMG Family & WAV Centre because I received very good service without being preasured.
